--» Upon application, Name, Age and Location must be provided to moderators.

--» Anyone to be found to have a false identity shall be removed from the group.

--» All postings by members of this group are the personal views of the authors and not of any third party discussed within posts.

--» Moderators reserve the right to moderate members activity without notice.

--» Sensitivity must be used when discussing fatalities and they shall not be discussed in depth.

--» If any member shall be offended by postings of another, it should be reported to moderators so that the appropriate action can be taken.

--» As NZYRF is open to people of largely younger ages, we have a 'no swearing' policy in force.

--» Again, due to this being a group for young railfans, topics covering Alcohol consumption are banned. Any breach of this will not be tolerated.

--» All posts are to be signed by the author at the end.

--» If you are placed on moderation 3 times, and continue to cause contention within the group you will be banned.

--» Images uploaded to the group must be your own, or if they belong to someone else you must have written permission to upload to the site and be able to provide this written permission on request.

--» The sending of abusive or threatening 'private messages' will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban.

--» Most importantly, remember to show courtesy and respect to your fellow members.
